1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pknew ("pknew", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at pknew.io. By accessing the pknew website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on sports events, live casino tables, or slot games — you unequivocally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pknew platform is made available to players who access it from jurisdictions where online betting and gaming are not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using pknew is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. pknew accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one registered account on pknew. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods or devices — are strictly prohibited. Where pknew identifies multiple accounts linked to a single individual, it reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all identified accounts.
• Withhold and forfeit any bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or balances on the duplicate accounts.
• Retain the balance of the primary account pending investigation, at its sole discretion.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your pknew account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pknew operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All players are required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).

3 Account Security

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify pknew immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected compromise of your login credentials. pknew accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to exercise reasonable care to protect your credentials, or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

3.3 Device and Session Security

pknew recommends that you access the platform only from personal devices that are protected by up-to-date security software. You should always log out of your pknew account when using a shared device. pknew employs SMS OTP (one-time password) verification for new device logins as an additional layer of account security. You are responsible for ensuring your registered mobile number remains current and accessible.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pknew currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pknew reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time, subject to reasonable prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by pknew within 15–45 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to three (3) banking business days. pknew reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request prior to processing.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where reasonably practicable, as an anti-money-laundering control measure.
• Any active bonus funds and associated winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• pknew reserves the right to impose a 72-hour security hold on withdrawals from accounts that have recently changed their registered payment details.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

pknew may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-related funds is permitted. 5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are offered to eligible players at pknew's sole discretion. pknew reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility or exclude specific players from participating in particular promotions. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a return regardless of outcome ("arbitrage"), or using any other method to exploit promotional mechanics — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, their account(s) suspended, and any remaining balance investigated for possible additional action.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from your balance. pknew is not obligated to provide prior notification of bonus expiry.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on pknew are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in pknew's Sports Betting Rules. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, IPL, and T20 World Cup events — are governed by the rules for each specific competition as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs, pknew's settlement rules for the affected markets will apply as set out in the Sports Betting Rules.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events where live data feeds permit real-time odds calculation. pknew reserves the right to suspend, delay, or void in-play markets at any time in the event of data feed disruption, erroneous odds publication, or any other technical or operational reason. Bets placed at clearly erroneous in-play odds will be voided at pknew's discretion.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot games available on pknew are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. 6.4 Disconnection and Technical Faults

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Winnings that exceed applicable maximum payout limits will be settled at the maximum limit, regardless of the theoretical payout calculated from the stake and odds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pknew. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated KYC documentation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on pknew.io — including but not limited to the pknew brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, images, game assets, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pknew or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pknew platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from pknew.io without the prior written consent of pknew. Any unauthorised use of pknew's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

9 Privacy & Data
